[Job Hunting]The first refusing is concerning of Shell Co. and the Top level Interview of AIESEC. This show me the biggest weakness is my oral English. The new Project I hold is about the job-hunting experience. when I get a refusing, I should ask why, and that I can find a weakness about myself. To overcome it, I will become perfect!
